DSC - Worst customer service i have ever experienced
we signed up with dsc to floorplan vehicles.but before we did they made us cancel one of our two current floorplans.
which we did. after all paperwork was completed and usc leins and insurance binders were recorded they cancelled the line. o ya, they didnt even have the courtesy to let us know. we didnt find out until we purchased some cars at an auction and were informed by them that there was no line in effect.
we also sent letters to all corporate officers and none of them responded.i cant imagin that this complaint matters much cause there is so many.
Monetary Loss: $25000.
